Fathers usually play a big role in daughters life pre-teenage years but during pubertal changes, a distance is usually created because in our society there are some unwritten rules that period and puberty cannot be discussed with the fathers.

Even if the fathers want to talk openly with their daughters about pubertal changes and periods, there are no resources available in Bangla that show how fathers can also talk to their daughters. To fill up this void, Wreetu created a friendly period guide containing practical tips.

The Period Guide for Dads is a short and succinct booklet in Bangla and English educating dads with tips on how to support their teenage daughters during period or how to have the period talk in the family.
